Complaints Policy
BetClever is committed to providing a high-quality service to all of our users. We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what you can expect from us in response.
How to Make a Complaint
If you are unhappy with any aspect of BetClever — including our content, predictions, tools, advertising or the way we have handled your personal data — please contact us in the first instance via our contact page. Please provide as much detail as possible, including:
- Your name and contact email address
- A clear description of your complaint
- The specific page, tip or feature your complaint relates to
- The date the issue occurred (if applicable)
What Happens Next
We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days of receipt. We will then investigate the matter and aim to provide a full response within 14 working days. If the investigation is likely to take longer than this, we will keep you updated on progress.
Editorial Complaints
If your complaint relates to a specific tip, prediction or piece of editorial content — for example, you believe it contains a factual error or was published irresponsibly — we will review the content in question and, where appropriate, issue a correction or clarification. We take editorial accuracy seriously and act on all credible complaints of this nature promptly.
Data and Privacy Complaints
If your complaint relates to how we have handled your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of your rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with our response.
Advertising Complaints
If your complaint relates to advertising or affiliate content displayed on BetClever, complaints about advertising standards can also be directed to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) at asa.org.uk.
Our Commitment
We treat all complaints confidentially and with respect. We do not tolerate abusive or threatening communications, but we welcome all genuine feedback and use it to improve our service. If you are dissatisfied with our final response to your complaint, we will explain the reasons for our decision and point you toward any relevant external bodies.
