Accessibility Statement

BetClever is committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible, including those with disabilities. This statement explains our current accessibility provision and how to contact us if you experience any difficulties.

Our Commitment

We aim to ensure that BetClever is usable by everyone, regardless of technology or ability. We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our target standard. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, cognitive and neurological impairments.

What We Have Done

Steps we have taken to improve accessibility on BetClever include:

  • Using clear, plain English in our content and tips
  • Providing sufficient colour contrast between text and background elements
  • Ensuring the site can be navigated using a keyboard alone
  • Using descriptive alt text for images where relevant
  • Ensuring pages are compatible with common screen readers
  • Designing responsive layouts that work across mobile, tablet and desktop devices

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of the site may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are aware that certain dynamic content elements — such as live odds tables and the Acca Builder tool — may present challenges for some assistive technologies. We are actively working to address these areas.

Reporting an Accessibility Problem

If you experience any difficulty accessing content or using any feature on BetClever, please let us know via our contact page. Please describe the problem you encountered, the page it relates to, and the assistive technology or browser you are using. We will investigate and aim to respond within 5 working days.

Alternative Formats

If you require any of the information on BetClever in an alternative format — such as large print or plain text — please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility complaint, you have the right to contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) at equalityadvisoryservice.com.
